Description:
Shilajit is a thick, sticky tar-like substance with a dark brown to black colour. It is a distinctive composition
with high content of Fulvic Acid (about 6$\ge 60\%$) and more than 80 trace minerals in ionic form, among
which there are calcium, iron, zinc, magnesium and copper.
It is bitter in taste and has slightly earthy smoke flavour.
It is usually graded on the basis of its form and method of purifications (Shodhana).
Uses:
In Ayurveda, Shilajit is considered a rasayana (rejuvenator) and the "Destroyer of Weakness."
It is traditionally utilized as an adaptogen in order to restore energetic balance in the body and
maintain general well-being.
Energy & Endurance: It is known to boost energy levels, help control chronic fatigue, and enhance physical endurance by
helping the production of cellular energy, also known as ATP.
Vitality and Reproductive Health: Traditionally used as a powerful aphrodisiac and tonic to enhance vigor, vitality, and support
healthy male reproductive function.
Cognitive Support: A very high content of Fulvic Acid acts as a powerful antioxidant and may support memory power and cognitive
